SHIPPING & TRACKING
- All products are shipped via Registered Post with tracking.
- Once payment has been submitted, the order is dispatched within 3-7 business days.
- A confirmation email is sent once the order has been dispatched with the shipping and tracking details.
- You can track the progress of your order anytime by clicking on the link provided in the email or by clicking on the online tracking module on our website.
LOGISTICS & DELIVERY
- As the products are dispatched from different warehouses, you may receive the delivery in several separate consignments.
- The estimated time to delivery is normally between 2-4 weeks depending on the destination country.
- We are not responsible for any local charges or taxes that may arise in your country.
- We are not responsible for errors made by the post. However, if you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact our Customer Support Team, we will be happy to assist you.
- We reserve the discretion as to the carrier to be used. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional shipping charges (if applicable). Should you require a specific carrier, please contact us just before placing the order.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product; unfortunately, no cancellation will be accepted and we will not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- If the refund is done via PayPal, it will be credited to your account within a few hours once initiated.
- If the refund is done via Credit Card, please allow up to 7 days for your bank to process it, depending on your country of residence.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the product.
