CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product; unfortunately, no cancellation will be accepted and we will not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jdstorefashion.com. To return your product, you should mail your product to: JDStore Group Investments Ltd, 103, Sir Virgil Naz Street, New Heritage Complex, Quatre Bornes, 72350, Mauritius.  The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred for returning the product.
